We're always looking for exceptional South African independent designers. Here's what we look for:
Most orders are despatched within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take up to 10 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.
Unworn, unaltered items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order and sale items are final sale. Contact us to initiate a return.
Currently we ship to South Africa only. International shipping is on our roadmap for Q2 2025. Join our mailing list and we'll let you know when it launches.
Each product page includes the designer's specific size guide. Sizing varies between labels — we recommend checking the guide for each piece rather than assuming consistency.
For custom orders or commissions, we can facilitate introductions. Send us a message with the designer and what you have in mind and we'll connect you.
Email designers@indiemode.co.za with your label name, Instagram, a brief description of your production process, and three to five product images. We review all applications within 10 business days.
